We use hard wax so there is no need for strips. We do not reuse the wax.

Arrival Time
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to complete necessary paper work, and physically and mentally relax for your treatment.
Appointment Time
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your spa treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of treatment will be applied.
Cancellation policy
Please notify KAMOUR SPA of any changes or cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations or changes within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% service charge. All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card. All prices are subject to change.
Children
For the comfort of our guest, we do not generally allow children in the Spa. Children under 18 may receive treatments with a parent or legal guardian present.
Gift Certificate Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificate or series.
Please note that Kamour Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates and series. Each package is priced to be completed in one visit.
