Important things to remember before setting up your waxing appointment:

• Do not shave 2 ½ weeks before a waxing as hair is very course and might not come out with the wax if it is not long enough.
• Waxing is most effective on hair that is ¼” long (facial hair excluded).
• Avoid moisturizing your legs or arms before waxing.
• Waxing cannot be performed on sunburned or irritated skin.
• Waxing CANNOT be performed while using Retin-A, Accutane, Blood Thinners, Cortisone, Acne
Medication or any other exfoliates or Hydroxyl based products on area to be waxed.
• Avoid coming in for waxing 7 days before your cycle (pain threshold is higher).
• Avoid taking a hot bath or soaking in a hot tub before or after waxing.
